What does Resume Tailor do?−
Resume Tailor uses the job description and master resume you provide to generate a job-specific resume draft. You can review and edit the draft before copying it to Google Docs or creating a formatted copy of your master Google Doc.
Where is my profile and resume stored?+
Your saved profile and uploaded resume are stored in Chrome's local extension storage. Apply Assist does not upload or keep a copy of that information on its own servers.
When is information sent to Gemini?+
Only when you explicitly use an AI feature. Fill with Gemini may send information needed to answer the requested field. Resume Tailor sends the job description and resume text you provide so Gemini can generate a draft.
Does Apply Assist submit applications for me?+
No. Apply Assist fills information and creates editable drafts, but you review the application, complete anything remaining, and submit it yourself.
How much does Apply Assist cost?+
Free includes 10 regular autofills per day. Starter costs $2 per month with unlimited regular autofills, a 100-credit limit, and AI-based resume tailoring. Pro costs $7 per month with unlimited regular autofills, a 500-credit limit, and AI-based resume tailoring.
What is the difference between autofills and credits?+
Regular autofills use your saved information to complete recognized application fields. Credits are used for AI requests, including AI-assisted form filling and resume tailoring, and are tracked separately.
How are credits used?+
Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite and Gemini 2.5 Flash cost 1 credit per request. Gemini 3.6 Flash and Gemini 3.7 Flash cost 3 credits per request. Using a hybrid screenshot adds 1 credit.
Can I remove my information?+
Yes. You can remove it whenever you choose by clearing the extension's local data or uninstalling Apply Assist.
Is there a long-term commitment?+
No. Starter and Pro are billed monthly and can be cancelled whenever you like.
